Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery for specialty wallpaper wall clocks, retro pattern wallpaper wall clocks, and industrial style wallpaper wall clocks that meet the following criteria (per U.S. Consumer Rights Act):

Eligible Products

  • Unused, unopened, with intact original packaging (no signs of use, installation, or damage to the wallpaper face or clock mechanism).
  • Defective items (manufacturing flaws: faded wallpaper, non-functional clock movement, loose hands, uneven edges) or shipping damage (cracked frames, torn wallpaper faces, damaged packaging).
  • Incorrect items (mismatched models, wrong sizes/patterns, or different features than ordered).
  • Non-compliant safety items (e.g., toxic wallpaper materials, unsafe clock mechanisms) — full refund + free return shipping provided.

Non-Eligible Products

  • Used/installed items (signs of use: dust accumulation, mounting marks, damaged wallpaper from installation) — due to the decorative and fragile nature of wallpaper surfaces.
  • Custom products (custom-printed wallpaper faces, personalized industrial clocks) — non-returnable unless defective (we confirm customization details before production).
  • Damage from misuse (e.g., water damage to wallpaper, physical damage from drops, improper cleaning with harsh chemicals).

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Request: Email support with: full name, order number, shipping address; product details (e.g., "16-inch Retro Floral Wallpaper Wall Clock", "Industrial Metal Frame Wallpaper Clock", "Specialty Holiday Theme Wallpaper Clock"); reason for return/exchange; supporting photos/videos (for defects/damage/wrong items). We review requests within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number if approved. Returns without an RA number are rejected.
  2. Prepare Items: Repack clocks with all accessories (wall mounting hardware, batteries, manuals) in the original box with foam padding to protect the fragile wallpaper face and clock mechanism during transit.
  3. Arrange Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service and email the tracking number to support. Return Address: 456 Home Decor Lane, High Point, NC 27260, USA. Items must arrive within 14 days of RA approval.
    1. Defective/incorrect/safety-non-compliant items: Free prepaid return label provided (no cost to you).
    2. Change-of-mind returns: You cover shipping costs (flat rate based on size):
      • Small Clocks (≤12 inches): $6.99
      • Medium Clocks (12-20 inches): $9.99
      • Large Clocks (>20 inches): $14.99

Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank processing: 3-5 additional days).
    • Defective/incorrect items: Full refund (product price + original shipping cost).
    • Change-of-mind returns: Refund = product price - return shipping fee - 8% restocking fee (covers repackaging/quality inspection).
  • Exchanges:
    • Same-product replacement: Shipped within 5-7 business days (free delivery).
    • Different model/size/pattern: Processed after return inspection. Pay the price difference (if new item is more expensive) or receive a partial refund (if cheaper).
